Turkey Breast with Sweet Potatoes

1 bone-in turkey breast (4 - 5 lbs.), thawed, if frozen
2 -3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 c. frozen pearl onions (from 1-lb. bag), thawed
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dried marjoram
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. water

Spray 5 to 6-qt. crockpot with vegtable cooking spray; place turkey breast in crockpot. Arrange sweet potatoes and onions around turkey.

In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch and water; pour over turkey.

Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours.

Remove turkey and vegetable from crockpot; cover to keep warm. If desired, skim fat from juices in crockpot. Pour juices into 4-cup microwavable measuring cup.

In small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices in cup. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture boils and thickens. Serve with turkey and veggies.
