Default Beer Chops

I tried this the other day from one of my e-recipe books and I couldn't get enough...

Use...
1 onion, sliced
2 pork chops butterfly cut
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
2 cubes chicken bouillon

DIRECTIONS
Arrange onion slices on bottom of slow-cooker. Cut butterfly chops in half and place on top of onions. Pour in beer and add chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and cook and low 6 to 8 hours.

This sounds like something my husband would LOVE. I'm not big on pork chops myself, but he loves them. Sounds like something to make for him as a treat.

This sound really good. The only other thing I've cooked with beer is bratwurst. My brother-in-law is from Milwaukee and he says it's a staple up there. I'm going to have to give this one a try. Thanks.
