Classic Italian Marinara Meat Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 Pound Sausage
1 Pound Ground Hamburger
2 Medium Onions, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tbs. Sugar
1 Tbs. Salt
2 Tsp. Basil
1/8 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
2 16 oz. Cans Italian-Style Tomatos
1 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
Directions:
Remove sausage from casings, brown in skillet with hamburger. Break up sasuage and hamburger with a wooden spoon as they brown; drain well.Add to stoneware with remaining ingredients; stir well. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-6 hours.
