Cole Slaw Dressing

Cole Slaw Dressing
(1 ¼ cups)

¾ cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup malt or red wine vinegar
¼ cup water
4 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat with wire whisk. Chill.

(1 tablespoon): Calories: 6, Protein: <1 g, Carbohydrate: 1 g, Fat: <1 g, Sodium: 28 mg, Cholesterol: <1 mg.
