Chocolate Snack Cake
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons Sweet'N Low® brown
¼ teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
1 egg
½ cup Sweet'N Low® chocolate flavored syrup
½ cup light tub margarine, melted
½ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Sift flour, Sweet'N Low® brown, baking soda and salt together. In medium bowl, combine egg, Sweet'N Low® chocolate flavored syrup, margarine, and brown sugar, blending well. Stir in flour mixture; fold in nuts. Spread batter in baking pan and bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on cooling rack before cutting into squares.
