Nutty Fruit Salad

Nutty Fruit Salad

Number of Servings: 2
Serving Size: 1/2 recipe

Ingredients:

low-fat cottage cheese - 1/2 cup
unsweetened canned mixed fruit, drained - 15 oz
chopped nuts - 1 tbsp
lettuce leaves - 2

1 Mix cottage cheese, fruit, and nuts in a bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
