SPLENDA EASY PEAR CRISP
Topping
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
3 Graham Crackers
1/4 cup Light Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Flour
Filling
3 cups Peeled and Sliced Bartlett Pears
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp. Water
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8X8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Place all topping ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until crumbly. Set aside
Toss together all filling ingredients. Place in prepared baking pan. Cover with topping.
Bake in preheated oven 40-45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
