Blended Smoothie

1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Scoop Orange Sherbet
1/2 Scoop Crushed Ice

Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.

Options: For a berry flavor smoothie, substitute orange sherbet with raspberry sherbet and add 1/2 cup of raspberries and strawberries.
