Jack O’ Mocktail
Jack O’ Mocktail
This mocktail has it’s name from the fact, that the tonic soda will glow under black light. The orange juice dims that a bit, but you can still see it.
1/2 cup (1,25 dl) Orange juice
1/2 cup (1,25 dl) Tonic water
Mix in a shaker, and serve over ice in a nice glass.

Mango Julius
Mango Julius
Maybe you know the classic Orange Julius - well, this is the mango flavored variation - great for cooling off in the summer.
1 cup (2,5 dl.) of fresh or frozen mango juice
2 oz (6 dl) milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp sugar
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup (1,25 dl.) of ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Tip: If the mix is too thick, add more juice or water.

Re: Mocktails
Does anyone know how to make a virgin scotch and soda. I ordered this in a restaurant the other day and it was very good, and I can't find it anywhere. It tasted like a mix of cream soda and lemon lime soda plus whatever else? just guessing. I would love to know, appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
