Mango And Passionfruit Smoothie Recipe

It is delicious, refreshing and nutritious drink which is simple and inexpensive to prepare.

Ingredients

Single Serve

• 1 Cup low fat milk
• 1 small tub (80g) low fat vanilla yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 ripe mango, sliced
• 1 passion fruit, pulp removed (or use 8 tbsp canned passion fruit pulp)

Serves 4

• 4 Cups low fat milk
• 1 large tub (320g) low fat vanilla yoghurt
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 4 ripe mangos, sliced
• 4 pieces of passion fruit, pulp removed

Procedure

• Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
