Default HELP - NJ RECIPE - Fud's Pub Belly Buster

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone from Central NJ remembers Fud's Pub. More to the point their Belly Buster Sandwich! I have made my own version and it rocks but I would like to know exactly what was in it as I made mine from what I think was in it.

Mine ( Or at least what I think was in the Original)

Marinated Steak ( my own blend or in a pinch Wegmans Zesty)
Marinated Chicken ( Lemon Pepper Garlic Marinade)
Marinated Pork {Boneless Chop} (I use Baja Chipolte , but I know that is wrong and could originally been a regular Pork Chop)
Caramelized Onions
Provolone Cheese ( Original might have been Swiss? But when I think of Jersey , I think Provolone )
Original was definitely on a BIG KAISER but I use Ciabatta or Italian Bread ( Del Ponte's or Piancones if Del Ponte is out)

Well If any one knows the Original please Post, if not enjoy the above , timing the cooking times of all the meat is kind of a pain but it sure taste good.
