Hello I live in Steel City too.....but that is Sheffield, Yorkshire!
I clicked the link expecting to find another Sheffielder posting here. lol
I stumbled upon this site by accident, when googling for a lamb shank pressure cooker recipe, and am enjoying having a mooch round.
