Greetings from South Jersey !

As a new member, I just want to send out a friendly "HELLO" to everyone. I enjoy cooking.....mostly baking. I am a "from scratch" cook and consider cooking as another one of the "art-forms" (in addition to painting, music, etc.). Have an insatiable curisioty about anything culinary. There is always something new and interesting to learn or to try!

Am interested in anything that has to do with Home and Family.
