I am trying to find a good tasting recipe for Etoufee...shrimp or crawfish. I live down south, right next door to Louisiana in Texas and I don't know how to make it. I know I know...shame on me, but if anybody out there knows how...pls help!!!!

Just came back from our first visit to Las Vegas. We took our Mom to the Hofbrauhaus. It was very authentic German restaurant. VERY good food and BEER!!

If anyone goes to Vegas they have to add this to their list of places to stop. They offer German music and everyone gets involved. If you don't like the noise they also offer a quiet garden that is a replica of the german gardens in Munich.
