Easy chicken wraps

2 chicken breast*, skinned, cut up
1/4 sweet onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs Emeril's Essence(recipe below)

Saute' garlic in oil. When oil is heated add chicken, sprinkle with essence. Cook covered, till done. Add onion and pepper, cook till soft. Serve alone with cheese, or in a whole wheat tortilla wrap.
*Can also use lean steak.

Emeril's Essence Recipe from Food Network
2 1/2 tbs paprika
2 tbs salt
2 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs black peper
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs cayenne pepper
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs dried tyme
Mix all together in container. Store with other spices. This is GREAT on steak on the grill!! It definately adds a kick!
