Spicy Baked Chicken Plus Rub Recipe

1/4 cup paprika
1 tbs. black pepper
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tbs. chili powder(I use Mexene)
1 tbs. ancho chili powder
1/2 tbs. cayenne pepper
Your choice of chicken cuts(I personally mix it up with drumsticks, wings and thighs).

Mix rub ingredients together thoroughly. Cover the chicken pieces with the rub and bake in 350 degree oven until cooked thru. After it's finished, take it out and douse it with Louisiana Hot Sauce. Store your leftover rub in a plastic container. This rub would go good on ribs, too.
