Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger

bacon
ground beef
diced mushrooms
diced onion
diced bell pepper
sliced jalapeno(optional)
cheese
hot sauce(optional)

Form your ground beef into a patty and season it however you like. I season mine all different ways. Fry bacon in same pan with ground beef patty. Saute your mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and jalapeno in a seperate pan. A few minutes before beef patty is cooked thru, add a slice of cheese to top and melt. I like pepper jack, myself. Top the patty with bacon and sauteed veggies and hot sauce or any other condiment, if desired.
