2 cup fat free buttermilk
1/2 cup imitation eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1 3/4 flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda

Hi, I want to trim my abs and looking for any diet plans that can still give you great results and are appropriate and healthy for this program. I don't want to try their food plans just yet. I can only eat 1000 calories per day so I need a plan that could stick with that. If you have recipes, websites, diet plans, or anything, please let me know. Thank you very much in advance.

I have an old cookbook that uses fruit butters, jellies, and jams instead of fat for baking. What is your opinion of this substitute to lessen the fat content? How does it affect most baking recipes? What about making that change in your pancake recipe?

Thanks

fourth sibling - fruit butters and applesauce are much better to use than sugars - you can even substitute artificial sweeteners - you can experiment with recipes and see if you are pleased with the results.

As far as affecting the recipes - it would depend on the recipe. We do have recipes on site using applesauce, etc. in place of sugars. Please type APPLESAUCE in the search in each of the health topics and you will see the recipes that use applesauce in place of sugar. Check out our low-fat recipes as well.

If you are looking for an praticular recipes - just give a holler!

Hi friends, in my high school they switched all the soda from regular to diet, and I think it isn't right because I remember my mom saying it isn't good for teens or kids’ am thinking about petitioning the school for a alternative way that the people who wants diet can have it. So I want to know is diet soda bad for teens in high school or even kids period? Please let me have your opinion. Thank you.
