Low Sodium Burgers

Fresh ground beef works better than previously frozen for this. I had these with the garlic mashed tators recipe I found on here.

1 1/4 pounds ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

I grilled them
