Coffee Syrup

1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp instant coffee
1/4 cup boiling water

Combine sugar and the 3/4 cup water in saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cover, bring to boiling, and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Dissolve instant coffee in boiling water. Stir into syrup. Cool; store covered in refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup.

**Found this recipe in my collection, this would make a good base for my Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino drink that I wanted. Put milk and ice cubes in blender, add some syrup and there we go!!!

I'm not sure about the alcohol stuff, but try drizzling strawberries with a little balsamic vinegar and let sit for a awhile. Brings out the sweetness. So good!

cranberry juice
orange juice
lemonaid

Default Toasted Almond---This is one of my fave cordials

Toasted Almond

In a clear glass coz this drink is pretty, pour

4oz heavy Cream
drizzle thru cream with:
2oz Amaretto
2oz crème de cacao (you can sub with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur)

Do NOT Stir!
Swirl slowly and savor

For dessert you can just poor 1oz each Amaretto and Godiva over a scoop of Vanilla ice cream...try a sprinkle of cinnamon with that...Kaluha works well for this too...I know what I'm havin' for dessert!

B-man I'm not the Bar tender you seem to be, what kind of glass would you use for this drink?
