TuDogs -

I have several recipes to share with you - but not the recipe from Pizza Inn - I will look through my disks to see if I have it -

Pineapple Pie Dessert Pizza

Crust: You can use a cookie dough recipes for this or refrigerated cookie dough.

Filling: 3 cups canned pineapple, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, cornstarch

Crumbles: 3 heaping tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon margarine, 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Filling:
Empty cans into pan and cook on low until warm. Add vegan sugar and stir in. Add some cornstarch(enough to your perferred thickness). Chill.

Crumbles:
Add all ingredients. Crumble and mix with hands. Chill.

Roll crust to fit a 9 pan. Fill with filling and crumble on crumbles. Bake at 350F for 20 mins or more.

Serves: Approx, 8

Dessert Pizza

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can peach pie filling
1 can mandarin oranges, drained well
1 can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 small jar maraschino cherries
Sliced bananas, optional

Let cookie dough soften and spread onto a large pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bae 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until just lightly browned. Let cool. Have cream cheese at room temp and add sugar; mix thoroughly and spread over cooled dough. Sprinkle brown sugar over crust and add chilled (well drained) fruit. Can mix together first. Cut into pie-shaped pieces. Can use your own rolled sugar cookie dough with excellent results. If using bananas. sprinkle with lemon juice so they won't turn brown.

FRUIT PIZZA

1 prepared thin-crust 12" pizza crust

8 ounces. light cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 Del Monte® banana, peeled and sliced

4 cups assorted fresh fruit, sliced: Del Monte® pineapple slices,
blueberries, strawberries, apricots, Del Monte® honeydew and cherries

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Non-stick cooking spray

Spray 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick spray. Place crust on pizza pan
and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over cooled crust.

Arrange banana slices in layer over cream cheese mixture.

Arrange remaining fruit slices in circles on bananas. Vary colors and
shapes.

Cut into 10 wedges.

Makes 5 two-slice servings.

Wow! This all looks so good! I am searching for another bread pudding recipe. One time at Cracker Barrel they served a "Caramel-Pecan"? Bread pudding. It was so delicious I could hardly wait until we returned to enjoy it again. Much to my dismay, they had removed it from their menu!!!! What a disappointment that was. I would love to find this recipe so I could enjoy it again! Thanks for any help.

This one is luscious. It can easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled.

Caramel Croissant Pudding

Serves 2

2 stale croissants
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons bourbon or dark rum, or 2 teaspoons rum extract or vanilla
1/2 cup whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Tear the croissants into pieces and put in a small gratin dish; I use a cast iron oval with a capacity of about 500ml/ 2 cups for this.
Put the sugar and water into a saucepan, and swirl around to help dissolve the sugar before putting the saucepan on the hob over medium to high heat. Caramelize the sugar and water mixture by letting it bubble away until it all turns a deep amber color; this will take 3 to 5 minutes
Take the pan off the heat and add the cream - ignoring all spluttering - followed by the bourbon and milk. Whisk to mix, and then still whisking, add the beaten eggs. Pour this quickly over the croissants and leave to steep for 10 minutes.
Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Default Apple Treat

This fast and easy dessert is especially famous with first time cooks.

Many Girl Scout and brownies had this for a project to help them learn

their baking merits!

Ingredients:

* 1 can of canned biscuits
* 1 can of apple pie filling
* Cinnamon sugar mixture
* A Rolling pin
* A Toaster oven
* A Spatula
* Paper plates or serving tray
* Powdered sugar
* Napkins

Directions:

If you are making this dessert with your kids, open the biscuits for

them. Next, let your child take one biscuit at a time and flatten it.

Next, they should take one tablespoon full of the apple filling and drop

on the middle of the biscuit. Now, shake the cinnamon and sugar mixture

over the apple filling. Wet your finger and rub water around the edge of

dough. Fold up and seal. Water helps keep the dough seal properly.

Put the folded apple treats into the toaster oven with the temperature

setting at 350º Fahrenheit, and bake until golden brown.

When they are done put them on paper plates or on a serving tray.

Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar. Let the treats cool off a bit, then

enjoy, but be careful, filling may still be hot.
