WW: Tropical Breakfast Drink

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice pack)
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 medium banana
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 Tbls. sugar

Instructions:

In blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Makes 3 servings
3 Weight Watcher Points

Nutrition Facts
PER SERVING: CALORIES 154 FAT 0.5g SATURATED FAT 0.1g SODIUM 86mg CARBOHYDRATE 32g PROTEIN 7g CHOLESTEROL 1mg FIBER 2.0g
Exchange: 1 very lean meat, 2 carbohydrate (2 fruit)
