Ingredients
cheddar cheese
shredded

Directions
Place shredded cheese in a thin layer on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high power for one minute. Let cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy. I love my potato chips and wanted a tasty, crispy low-carb alternative. This recipe works for me. I hope you enjoy it.
