Serves/Yields: 4

Ingredients
3/4 lb. shaved deli corned beef
1 can plain sauerkraut
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing
8 oz. shredded swiss cheese
2 pc. low carb wheat bread

Directions
Layer the ingredients in a cassarole dish as follows:
corned beef on the bottom
cover with sauerkraut
spread with thin layer of dressing
top with cheese
cut bread into small chunks and put on top.

Bake covered with foil at 350 for 20 minutes. Then remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bread is crisp.
