Easy Muffins

Easy Muffins

Serves/Yields: 12 muffins

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour (ground almonds)
1 cup granular Splenda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup cream
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup veg. oil or soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flavoring of your choice (banana etc.)
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions
Mix together and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
