Fantastic 55 Carb Bread
Ingredients
1 c water
1/2 c heavy cream
1 T oil
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1/2 t salt
1/2 T Sugar Twin
1/2 t sugar (to feed yeast)
1 1/2 c high gluten flour (not vital wheat gluten)
1/2 c soy flour
1/2 c soy protein (95% Isolate protein powder)
1/2 c miller's (wheat) bran
3 t vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 t breadmachine yeast

Measure dry ingredients except salt and yeast into separate bowl; set aside. Blend egg and water; bring to 75 to 85 degrees by nuking. Nuke cream to 75 to 85 degrees. Pour both into bread pan. Add oil and salt. Add dry ingredients. Make a well in center and measure yeast into it. Use 'whole wheat' setting on bread machine. Turn on and forget! Dough looks dry but don't add more liquid. Will bake into a nice high loaf.
