Unwelcome PM

I don't know if this is the proper place for this thread or not. Hopefully it is. I just received a PM from a member of this forum who has never posted before. He/she has been a member since Aug, 2007. I've never exchanged any sort of email or PM with this person before. The PM is all about religion, specifically Buddhism. It included a link that I didn't visit. Clearly this person has a membership to this forum solely for the purpose of promoting his/her religion and cooking or recipes aren't part of the plan. It's easy enough to just ignore this person but this sort of thing sort of pushes my buttons. Shouldn't this person lose his/her forum privileges? I don't want spammers in my world. Thanks for reading.
