Hello Everyone. I am new to this forum. I stumbled across this site because I was looking for a Chi Chi's Seafood Nacho recipe. I use to order it for lunch all the time at the Chi Chi's in Deptford, NJ. I have been making my own creation, but am missing the sauce. But according to the recipe there wasnt a sauce mixed with the seafood. It just seemed jucier...if my memory is serving me correctly. I look forward to sharing recipes. I have many experiments that have received rave reviews at my home get togethers!
