Turkey Nachos - 1/10/05

Turkey Nachos

3 cups no-salt-added tortilla chips
2 Slices (1 ounce each) turkey ham cut into 1/2-inch dice
1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 Tbs canned green chilies chopped
1 Tbs salsa

Line toaster oven tray with aluminum foil. Arrange chips on tray.

Sprinkle with ham, cheese, chilies and salsa.

In toaster oven at 350 degrees F., heat nachos 5 to 8 minutes or
until cheese melts.

Servings: 1
