Default Fast Peach Cobbler Recipe

Here is a fast & easy cobbler. You could use different fruit & spices.

Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt 1 stick of butter in the bottom of a 13 X 9 inch pan

Mix together & pour over melted butter:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk

Mix together:
1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1- 29 oz. can peaches & syrup (cut up peaches into chunks)
You can add nutmeg or cinnamon

Pour over batter

Sprinkle with granulated sugar

Bake for 40-45 minutes
