Default Yummy Orange Mufins

These are very easy to make and are delicious!

1 large orange (skin on) 1 cup sugar
1 egg ½ cup milk
4 oz softened butter 1½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda
handful of sultanas

Put the whole orange (skin and all) into a food processor and chop quite fine. Add all other ingredients and blend until just mixed, don't over mix!
put mixture into muffin cases and bake at 200°C=400°F for appx 15 minutes

Default Childrens baking

Thanks b-man, Yesterday was the first time I visited the forum and I think its fantastic!
I'm also looking for some recipes too. I'm a big buddy (I think the programme is called the big sister and big brother programme over there) And it would be great to get some new baking recipes that a child would enjoy making. I think I'll get some good ideas from the forum.
Thanks in advance from the very wintry deep south of NZ
Warmest regards
Kerry
