BBQ Chilli Burgers English Style

1lb Ground Steak
3 Slices of Brown Bread ( crust removed )
1tsp Onion Granuales
1tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Ground Paprika
2 tbs Ground Dried Chilli Flakes

In a bowl break up the bread into small pieces add the Onion, Garlic, Paprika and Chilli Flakes mix together, roll out the steak then spinkle the spices on top, roll up and kneed well to mix, divide into six patties, for best results freeze first.
