Fool Proof Apple Cake at 4 WWpts

Fool Proof Apple Cake Serves 9 at 4 pts per serving

Ingredients
2 cups peeled and chopped Granny Smith apples
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspooon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 larg egg white, lightly beaten or 1/4 cup egg beaters

Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Combine apple and sugar in a bowl and let sit for 10 min
Combine Flour and next 4 ingredients in a bowl
Combine apples, oil, vanilla, and egg
Add the two mixes together. Will resemble a streusel topping
Press batter into 8 in square pan.
Bake 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
