Cabbage Ground Beef Skillet

Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 head chopped cabbage
1 cup raw rice (regular)
15 oz can of tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1 lb tomato puree
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet and sour (if wanted)
1 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1 1/2 ground beef
1 green pepper chopped

Directions: Brown ground beef in electric skillet. Stir to break up. Add onion, green pepper, cabbage and rice. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste or puree, water, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and seasonings. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes until rice is tender, stirring occasionally and adding more water, if necessary. For Sweet & Sour Casserole, add brown sugar and vinegar with other ingredients.
