Default Grilled Cuban-Style Pork Chops

Grilled Cuban-Style Pork Chops

source: Derrick Riches

6 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
3 tablespoons orange juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Seal bag and allow to marinate for 4-12 hours in refrigerator. Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove pork chops from bag and discard marinade. Place chops onto grill and cook for 10-12 minutes per side. When meat is no longer pink, remove from heat and serve.

As long as the chops are atleast 1 inch thick and you follow the time recomendations in the recipe , YES!

If you cook them to death, then no.

Todays pork does not need to be dry and tasteless. Use medium heat, moderate cooking times, and enjoy!

Thanks for the response. I have not had much luck with grilling pork chops (they tend to be tough and dry) but I will definitely try this recipe!!!
