20 Minute Meatloaf
20 MINUTE MEATLOAF
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
1 large egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
Combine all ingredients for meat loaf; shape into 8 oval patties. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Spoon off excess grease.
Sauce:
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat loaves. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
NOTE: Oven temperatures vary - cook until done.
