Now This, I'd Really Be Interested In Knowing What It's Like. Can't Get The Packages Here In Canada. How Much Mix Would Equal 1 Package? DOES THE AMOUNT OF PARSLEY LOOK HIGH TO ANYONE ELSE?

Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

15 Saltines
2 Cups Dry Minced Parsley Flakes
½ Cup Dry Minced Onion
2 Tbsp Dry Dill Weed
¼ Cup Onion Salt
¼ Cup Garlic Salt
¼ Cup Onion Powder
¼ Cup Garlic Powder

Put Crackers Through Blender On High Speed Until Powdered.

Add Parsley, Minced Onions, & Dill Weed. Blend Again Until
Powdered.

Dump Into Bowl. Stir In Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, Onion
Powder, & Garlic Powder.

Put Into Container With Tight-fitting Lid.

Store Dry Mix At Room Temperature For 1 Year.

Makes 42 – 1 Tablespoon Servings.

To Make Salad Dressing Combine 1 Tablespoon Mix With 1 Cup Mayonnaise & 1 Cup Buttermilk.

Makes 1 Pint.

Orange Julius

1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Water
2 Egg Whites
¾ Tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Heaping Cup Ice

Combine All Of The Ingredients In A Blender Set On High Speed For 15 – 30 Seconds.

Makes 2 Drinks.

Orange Julius #2

2/3 Cup Orange Juice Concentrate
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Milk
½ Tsp Vanilla
¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
6 Ice Cubes (approx 1½ Cups Ice)

Put All Ingredients In A Blender, Cover & Blend Until Smooth.

If You Already Have Premixed Orange Juice, Use 1 2/3 Cups Of That Instead Of The Concentrate & Water.

If Your Ice Cubes Are From A Tray, You May Want To Pre-crush Them A Bit As The Ice Blends Better If It Isn't In Too Large Of Pieces.

Makes 2 Drinks.
