Taco Seasoning

This is the way my abuela seasoned her tacos. She would mix her own combination of spices for certain dishes and keep them in airtight containers. I use this seasoning instead of store bought packages.

1 T. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix together and store in airtight container.
