Bread Kugel

* 3/4 lb. challah, broken in pieces, soaked in hot water and drained.
* 1 cup sugar
* 4 eggs, beaten
* 1 tsp. cinammon
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/2 cup golden raisins
* 2 apples, peeled and chopped.

Lightly grease a 9"x11" baking dish and pour in mixture. Sprinkle a little sugar, cinammon and nut mixture on top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
