Mexican Style Short Ribs-Crockpot

Mexican Style Short Ribs-Crockpot

4 lb beef short ribs
1 10 oz can beef consommé
1 1-1/4 oz pkg taco mix
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

In large skillet brown ribs; pour off excess fat. Mix beef consume
with dry taco mix; add green pepper.

In crockpot, pour sauce over ribs. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
