Default Authentic Mexican Green Chili

1 Lb Diced Pork
1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1 Small Diced Onion
1-4oz Can Jalapenos Diced
3 Cups Water

Brown pork in frying pan and drain grease. Mash tomatoes. In large pot mix all ingredients and add water, salt to taste. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs - Makes 1 qt. Serve with warm flour tortillas (cheddar cheese and sour cream on top if you wish).
