Cheesy Garlic Pizza Wedges

Cheesy Garlic Pizza Wedges

1 (8-oz.) package Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 tsp. basil
2 green onions, sliced (dark green part only)
2 (10-oz.) packages Boboli Personal Size Pizza Crusts

Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine cheeses, garlic, basil and green onions
in a medium bowl; stir well to combine. Spread even amounts on pizza
crusts. Place on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until
cheese is melted and lightly browned. Cut into wedges to serve.

Makes 8 servings
