Smile Freezer Friendly

I'm a very busy mom and I just don't have time to cook everyday but would like to give my family nutritious food and not takeout all the time. I would like to find some great food that freezes easily and doesn't turn into mush when you thaw and heat it in the microwave or oven. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
