Default Italian Stuffed Pork Chops

ITALIAN STUFFED PORK CHOPS

1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
¼ cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
12 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon steak spice
2 thick pork chops

Place fresh mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and steak spice in a medium bowl. Add little chunks of cream cheese and combine by hand until the mixture turns into a ball.

Cut a pocket in each chop using a boning knife. Grab a handful (half the stuffing mixture) of the stuffing and stuff it into the pork chop. Place the chops on a greased baking pan with three tablespoons of water. Bake the chops in a 400-degree oven for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the chops until they are done.
