Texas Chili Dogs

TEXAS CHILI DOGS

Add a small can of tomato sauce to 1 lb. ground beef in skillet; add some water (not much); cook, breaking up beef into fine pieces. Add 1 chopped onion, minced fresh garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add a couple tablespoons of chili powder. Bring to a boil; simmer - uncovered - until thickened.

If desired - add cumin and mustard to taste.
