Homemade Noodles

Homemade Noodles
Here's another version of homemade noodles:

1 cup flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsps. water

Mix first 3 ingredients with fork. Make a well in the center add egg and water beat well. Roll out dough, cut into strips. Drop into boiling broth and cook until tender.
