Default Baked Deviled Eggs

6 eggs
1½ cups ground cooked country ham
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
2½ tablespoons margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Topping:

1½ cups milk
1½ cups grated Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons flour
2½ tablespoons margarine

1. Boil eggs and peel them. Slice in half lengthwise, remove yolks into separate bowl. Layer the remaining whites in a casserole dish.

2. Mix ham, Worcestershire, cayenne, margarine and salt and pepper with yolks, then stuff the mixture into egg whites.

3. For topping, mix all ingredients together and pour over stuffed eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Seeing you put ham in your eggs, it reminds me of Romanian deviled eggs, where they put a little ground chicken into the yolk mixture then put it back into the egg, almost like stuff an egg with chicken salad.
