Chocolate Pancakes

Chocolate Pancakes

* 2 cups baking mix - can be reduced fat
* 1/3 cup dry powdered milk
* 2 T. cocoa powder
* 2 T. sugar
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, substitute large chips or leave out, I've used nuts before.

Well - mix - do not over mix - fry on hot griddle and enjoy!
