Garlic and cumin Seasoned Fries with Chipotle Ketchup
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 lbs. peeled Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/4" strips
1 Tbsp. evoo
Cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 450*F. Place baking sheet in the oven.
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, combine cumin, salt and garlic powder in a large bowl
Toss potatoes with oil. Arrange potatoes in single layer on preheated baking sheet lined with non stick foil.
Bake for 10 minutes, turn potatoes, bake an additional 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Add potatoes to cumin mixture, toss gently to coat,
Serve immediately with ketchup mixture.
