Smile Spinach and Strawberry Salad

This recipe tastes fantastic and is so simple to make. It is great for summer picnics and get-togethers!! I double the dressing for an entire bag of spinach.

1 - bag of baby or regular fresh spinach
1 - pint of strawberries
1 - chopped red onion
1/3 c. splenda
1/3 c. Canola Oil
2 + Tablespoons of apple cidar vinegar..(vinegar to taste)

Just dump out the spinach and add the chopped onions (however much you like). I usually have large strawberries, so I quarter them. Then pour on dressing. Enjoy, Enjoy..this is addictive. Mix well and serve.

Smile Re: Spinach and Strawberry Salad

I usually quarter the berries, because they are so large now! Did you get a chance to try this?
